1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Maxymyzr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Maxymyzr is a Google Ads waste analysis platform. The Service connects to your Google Ads account via the Google Ads API (read-only access) and provides:
- Identification of wasted ad spend across multiple analysis categories
- Estimated savings calculations with confidence scoring
- Actionable recommendations to reduce waste
- CSV exports of recommendations
3. Account & Access
To use Maxymyzr, you must authenticate with a Google account that has access to one or more Google Ads accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You represent that you have authorization to access and analyze the Google Ads accounts you connect to Maxymyzr.
4. Read-Only Access
Maxymyzr accesses your Google Ads data in read-only mode. We do not make any changes to your campaigns, keywords, bids, budgets, or any other campaign settings. Any changes to your Google Ads account based on our recommendations are taken by you at your own discretion.
5. Savings Estimates & Recommendations
The savings estimates and recommendations provided by Maxymyzr are based on analysis of your historical Google Ads data and industry benchmarks. These are estimates only and do not guarantee actual savings. Actual results may vary based on market conditions, competition, seasonality, and how recommendations are implemented.
Confidence scores indicate our assessment of the reliability of each recommendation, not a guarantee of outcome.
6. Data Usage
Your use of Maxymyzr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to access Google Ads accounts you are not authorized to view
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our analysis algorithms
- Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its analysis methodology, user interface, and branding, is the intellectual property of Maxymyzr (a proprietorship of Anupam Singh). You retain ownership of your Google Ads data at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
Maxymyzr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses resulting from actions taken based on our recommendations.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep Maxymyzr available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Analysis results depend on data availability from the Google Ads API.
11. Termination
You may stop using Maxymyzr at any time by revoking access through your Google Account permissions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
