When you use Maxymyzr, we collect the following:

  • Google Account Information: Your name and email address via Google OAuth sign-in.
  • Google Ads Data: Campaign performance data, keyword data, search term reports, geographic performance, device data, and other metrics available through the Google Ads API. This data is accessed read-only — we never modify your campaigns.
  • Usage Data: Basic analytics about how you interact with our dashboard (pages visited, features used).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

  • Generate your Google Ads waste analysis and savings report
  • Display actionable recommendations on your dashboard
  • Improve the accuracy of our analysis algorithms
  • Communicate with you about your account and our service
We do NOT: Sell your data to advertisers or third parties. Use your data for our own advertising purposes. Share individual account data with other users. Modify your Google Ads campaigns without your explicit action.

4. Google Ads API Usage

Maxymyzr's use of Google Ads API data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the minimum scopes necessary to perform our analysis.

You can revoke Maxymyzr's access to your Google Ads account at any time through your Google Account permissions.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your Google Ads data is processed in real-time to generate your report. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure OAuth 2.0 authentication, and access controls to protect your information.

We do not store raw Google Ads data beyond what is necessary to display your current analysis. Cached analysis data is automatically purged periodically.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal or Google Ads data with any third parties, except:

  • Infrastructure providers: Our hosting services (Vercel, Render) process data as part of running our platform. They do not have independent access to your data.
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Revoke Google Ads access at any time
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
