Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
All Maxymyzr plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all features included in your selected plan. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be downgraded automatically with no charges.
2. Subscription Payments
After the free trial, subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected billing cycle. Payments are processed through our payment partners (Razorpay for INR, Stripe for USD). Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with Maxymyzr after subscribing to a paid plan, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment. Refunds are pro-rated based on the unused portion of your subscription period. Refund requests made after 30 days of the initial payment are not eligible.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at maxymyzr@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial-month refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations outside the 30-day refund window.
6. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service. If we determine that the refund policy is being abused (e.g., repeated sign-up and refund cycles), we reserve the right to deny future refund requests.
